What Should the File Format Be Like?

It is sufficient to prepare your Excel file in the following structure and save it as CSV:

  • Column A: Product code or barcode
  • Column B: Cost price including VAT (unit)
  • Column C: Quantity

When you upload to the tool, this data is read and returned to you with new sales prices added according to the profit margins you specified in the form.

How to Use?

  1. Prepare the product list in Excel with A: product code, B: cost price, C: quantity.
  2. Save your file in CSV (comma-separated) format.
  3. Enter the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd profit margins (%) in the form. (You can fill in just one or two if you want.)
  4. Select your CSV file and click the “Calculate and Download Excel” button.
  5. After a short processing time, the CSV file containing the newly calculated sales prices will be automatically downloaded.
