This tool is a detailed bulk profitability calculator developed for professional sellers selling on Trendyol and Hepsiburada. It calculates the profit rate based on NetCost by considering commission, advertising, operation, shipping, platform expenses, as well as discounts, coupons, and campaign structures, and produces three different label price scenarios for each product.

Calculation Logic

The tool uses a NetCost-based structure that considers all expenses instead of the classic “purchase price + profit” logic. Costs that change as the label price increases are automatically reflected in the NetCost calculation.

Profit Rate Based on NetCost

The following items are included in the NetCost:

  • Product acquisition price (including VAT)
  • Commission (%), advertising (%), and operation (%) expenses
  • Shipping and platform expenses (fixed TL)
  • Costs incurred by the seller from discounts, coupons, and campaigns

Profit rate calculation:

Profit Rate (%) = NetProfit / NetCost

The label price is calculated algorithmically (binary search) to satisfy this equation. Thus, even for products with high coupon and campaign loads, real profitability values are obtained.

Discount, Coupon, and Campaign Structures

The tool models the campaign structure on the Trendyol / Hepsiburada side:

  • Discounts: Definitions for lower/upper limits for percentage (%) and TL-based discounts .
  • Coupons: Both percentage and TL-based entry for types like “Earn from Product”, “Target Audience”, “Gain Followers”, “Earn by Commenting”.
  • Campaigns: TL-based (e.g., 100 TL for 750 TL) and % based (e.g., 30% off at checkout) structures are included in the model along with the rate covered by the platform.

On the coupon side, the highest cost coupon combination that creates for the seller is taken as an expense. On the campaign side, only the seller’s cost is calculated by deducting the part covered by Trendyol/Hepsiburada.

Target Profit Rates and Scenarios

Three different profit rates can be defined for the same product (e.g., 20%, 35%, 50%). The tool provides:

  • LabelPrice1 / NetProfit1TL
  • LabelPrice2 / NetProfit2TL
  • LabelPrice3 / NetProfit3TL

Thus, you can professionally compare three different profitability levels through a single file.

Excel / CSV File Structure

Input File

The CSV file you will upload to the tool must have the following column structure:
